SACRAMENTO ARTE FLAMENCO: Sacramento Arte Flamenco was established in 2003 to provide encouragement, support, and stability to the Flamenco Arts through promotion, workshops, classes, apprenticeships, and performances for the region's emerging Flamenco community. SAFA's focus is on the development of local interest in the study and performance of Flamenco dance, instrumental music, and song. The group was forged through a mutual passion and committment to the mastery of the Flamenco Arts and a desire to build a community network. This collaboration has grown to create a Flamenco "family" of individuals ranging in age from 12 to 78 years old!
